- Where do I download Jambo Ride?
- Passenger and driver apps are free on Google Play and the Apple App Store in Tanzania. Use the Download page for direct links.
- Do drivers pay commission?
- The current promotion is 0% commission on driver trips. Check the Driver app for the latest promo and earnings details.
- How do I pay in Dar es Salaam?
- Cash, in-app wallet, or mobile money — M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, and HaloPesa. You see the fare estimate before you confirm.
- Can I book boda, guta, or Ride Share?
- Yes. Choose the service in the passenger app when it is available near you — including Kiri Kuu and package delivery.
- Can my company use Jambo Ride?
- Yes. Register on the Business portal, add members, and submit compliance documents. Email support@jamboride.co.tz for fleet needs.
- Is Kiswahili supported?
